the evil impellor doesnt just "agitate" the balls, it actually feeds them, its not force feed, but it increases ball feed rate and feeds the last few balls quicker, doesnt just knock the around.

The Vortex Impeller isn't Evil, its JMJ Concepts.

that's correct. this is a vortex not an evil. this impeller is hard molded plastic. curved straight upward. it has 6 arms to it and is smaller than the stock impeller. i'm not sure how it works so much better than stock. but it definitely does.

i got one for my revy and its definatly faster... also, balls dont get stuck under the impeller and that was a huge problem with my stock impeller

One thing I've found out about the vortex and x-board upgrade is that I can keep the marker on the side (Using warp) much longer than with a standard VL.

I don't remember how much ball was left in the VL when it couldn't feed anymore but the upgrade improved it a lot.

sorry, i knew what you meant, but "evil" impellors are basically a jmj impellor (evo1 impellor bent up prongs) so i just figured it wouldnt really matter.

Yeah, the vortex impeller is definately worth it. It improved the feeding of my retromag greatly expecially when combined with the intelifeed and x-board.

i've noticed this too. it empties much cleaner. less bouncing around when the hopper is near empty.
