i have been there i help build a little

it is right on the water so i think it is going to be very cold in the winter if the wind is blowing off of the water

it is huge, they told me there is room for 10+ fields all big enogh to hold 10 on 10 games with ease
they are also bringing most of the building and stuff like that from Bowire to to the Hawkins Point field

their on mine issue is they are not allowed to cut down any trees

i really need to get down there and help joel build more fields
