The simplest way to improve you game, just go out and play! Learn your effective range with your marker of choice. Learn to aim well. If I am really in a mood, I make myself practice one thing at the field. For example, if I need to work on moving up, I tell myself "Move up more this game." It works for me. I went from a back-player to a guy that can move up the entire right tape and shoot the other team in their backs. I bunkered a father and son in the same bunker on one of those "practice" moves. Now I have to confidence to do it when I REALLY need to not just practice.

Getting Better
Become truely dedicated. Live paintball, make it your life. Talk to everyone, try everything, always work on fundamentals, try new things. Keep your mind open, and your gun up. When your gun is no longer up, keep your mind open. Play with passion, for the game and for life.Comment

You can also do alittle lifting to help out to. I've started to do wind sprints, some plyometrics, and alot of extra stretching. Its helped make me get alittle quicker in the game.Comment
