      Sorry

I live in San Diego (whats up dirtybunny). FYI! The zip code you list is for the area of Otay Mesa, this is the last city before the U.S./Mexico border. This area is notorius for all illegal activity especially theft. If this guy did cross you, he most likely gave you a friends name or his name and a friends address. No one here would likley be able to track him down. Please post a better description of your gun(color, year, type of drop, etc.), if you have the serial # of your cocker would also be helpful. I'll pass along the info to my freinds at all the shops( I used to ref. so I know ALOT of people and owners of shops). Velocity paintball is the closest and biggest shop in that area( they are who I used to work for). If your gun goes there for any reason they will take the serial #. If its yours they'll keep it for me, and I'll have them send it to you.

      Sorry, B

PS Velocity gets stolen guns all the time!

I know its too late to say this but, people you have use more common sense, the guys name was Ineedan2tank? what kind of a name is that obviosly not one that some one plans on building refrences and a history on. the name is nothing more then a advertisement in itself. Its a good idea also to make sure you build yourself a little expirence and refrences so that if you get into a situation where the other person does not have my to prove he is a good trader then you can request they send first, and they will have reasonable proof that you are honest. I have never had a trade go bad and i send stuff out all the time first. but i always make sure the person has soem history and a few refrences that I recognise.

the good news is that if the area this guy is in is as bad as suggested you can probably fork out 50 bucks and hire someone from there to track the guy down and get you gun back and maybe give him a black eye on the side.

Good news! The rat must have gotten scared when I told him I was going to get the police and post office involved, and the package came today. Weird thing is that he shipped the shocker in the box i sent to him, and it had a large hole in the side was all banged up. Then he didnt include the double trigger he said he would, the elbow was cracked and the air assist line was cut in half? Oh well, IM just glad this is finally over with and I think Im not gonna be trading online for quite a while. Thanks to everyone who helped, and let this be a lesson for everyone-Know who your trading with!

Try a "third party trader" next time. That's what I am doing.

Well I know exactly how you feel. I traded my time which was abot 42 hours worth of painting a marker and $90 for another person in return for something custom made by them.

I have never seen the product nor heard from them again.

My husband is still upset at the whole situation.

I just know that from now on I only get paid for my time and vice versa.

Glad to hear you got your shocker.

                              :)

I had somethin like that happen to me too. This guy off Ebay was sellin a smart mag. He said it was in perfect workin order. I got it and it was nowhere near functional. I sent it in to AGD and after a month the bill for the repairs was 87 dollars. This guy ripped me off. Its alright, though. The mag is runnin smooth now.
