Help! can't get my expansion chamber off!!

I just ordered an N2 tank, so I'm dropping my expansion chamber (ACI sub-Zero) to get a foregrip. The problem is, my expansion chamber is stuck on my gun Does anyone know how I can get it off of my minimag? Thanks

im guessing this is the simple answer and is wrong, but...um....twist it out of the vert adapter?

maybe someone just screwed it in really tight.

put a drop of gun oil on the top.. get someone or something to hold your gun, put a pair of gloves on .... and twist the %##$ out of it!!!

theses things are a real pain to get off if they stay on your gun for a long time..

you could just spend $30 and get a new body rail..

I'll try the gun oil, but as for twisting it, I put the vert adapter in my vice and turned the chamber really hard, but all it did was the vice chewed up the vert adapter (through the pad that was protecting it). Thanks for the tip, though

I'd leave it on, but I plan on getting an intelli, and i don't think it will fit with the fat expansion chamber in the way of the trigger guard

                  clamp it tighter.

Get a wrench or an adjustable crescent wrench that'll fit over the square shape above the grooves on the X.

Put a 3 foot pipe over wrench.

Now if it snaps in the process, that means it would have broken any how.

Before you do this though, i would suggest letting it soak in DW-40. It should eat up that o-ring pretty good. If that don't work try submerging the whole thing in soapy water. If niether of those work, try the pipe.

or you could fill the xchamber with nitroglicern and stick a blasting cap in it
