I think that tom should change the battery shape to a round tube shape battery like the angle 1R3 batteries. This shape is much smaller and looks more like a front grip.

I like the E-Mag battery also. It let's you know it's there. I don't want a puny front grip on there.

I like the way the Emag battery is. Its the Emags signaure asthetic attribute. Its what tells someone across the field that you have an emag (other than the long strings of paint coming from your direction).
If you were to put a normal round gas-through type grip battery, the Emag will lose its uniqueness and will be lost in the sea of round grip guns.
Plain and simple:

Come on, somebody out there has to perfer a round battery grip. The normal one is not too heavy but it looks kinda boxy. I think a round one would smoothen things out and make it a little easier to hold for the quick snap shots.

i have to agree. i love how from anywhere you can tell its an emag just because of the battery. and when i shoot i hold the bottom of the grip/drop/tank area and so i like a big thing to grip there
