I was just making a point, not really directed to anyone in peticular, but I kind of wanted to end something before it started.
As for the barrel plug thing, I know, I was kind of kidding around.
Congrats on the mag, I had a TKO.. of corse I took off everything, everything has been changed besides valve, neglecting the powertube, I have level 10. :)

Simple matter. If the poor service is as rampant as some of you are making it out to be, then they should invest some of the $$ they get (everyone knows they do a LOT of business) in better CS/Support, as well as getting orders expedited.

The thing is, I'm sure with their low prices they dont get as much money as they would with higher ones.
They still have to pay for the equipment, the website, the workers, ect ect ect.
I again am not saying that they couldnt invest more in customer service, because it is a very important thing.

i have never, to this day, had a problem with pbgear, of probably 20-25 orders...

I agree with Dansim. If they can't keep up their orders and spend a little time with customer service they should get out. I have ordered other thingd from pbgear and it has been pretty speedy though but every once in a while me or one of my friends will have an extremely late package delivered and often times it's the wrong thing.

Esspo, I didn't but I live like 40 minutes from the place. I ordered an HPA tank with it that was out of stock as well and it just came today, but I'm still waiting for the Mag to come.

750 bucks I would hunt that guy down. Yeah I'm sure you cans till do it. It shouldn't matter when it happened. I'll find out to file fraud on ebay (never had to do it thank god) and once i find out i'll tell ya.

Yeah, I live in Wisconsin and pbgear.com has always got me my stuff in a day. I don't buy much stuff from them, though, just things I can't get locally.
