    new tank / old tank ?

    I just got my 4.5k flatline in the mail yesterday

    However the numbers on the tank seem to indicate to me, that the next hydro testing is due in 11/2003 and the Designlife ends in 10/2015.

    It's an SCI tank
    And here's what is on the tank:

    UNF625 ; HSE-AL-FW2 ; USA ; SCI ; ALT 756 -646
    1.0 kg ; 1.1 L ; 310 bar ; PH 465 bar
    AA6061 ; CL 11/2000 ; FIN 2015/10

    Does this mean my brand new tank is really almost 2 years old???
