AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026. Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.

I was looking thru some old bookmarks and found some links to theads on AO. When I clicked on one, I found that the boards looked a bit diffrent... then I realised something.

After changing around the URL a bit I was able to go back to the first post on the boards AFTER the crash of the first boards.. which were incrediblly small back then compared to now. See for yourself:

404 Not Found

http://www.automags.org/ubb/Forum1/HTML/000001.html

Still there. If you change the URL to state /Forum4/ you will get the old Deep blue. Tom has a few posts in there that are rather interesting.

Unfortunately navigation redirects you to a page stating things about the old content... so you will haev to navigate threads by changing the numbers at the end of hte URL.
