I heard some pretty bad stories and stuff bout it in the past, but haven't heard much about it latley. has it gotten better, is it still aorund or have people just quit using it?

I use it, I have never had any problems with it. The only problem I have ever heard about was the paypai scam, someone registered paypai.com and sent out e-mails to a whole lot of Paypal members saying they had to logon and update something giving them the link paypaI.com
