im looking for the highest output from any hpa system, preferable a 68ci but anything im needing the highest out put available

ill try and cover all the bases in hopes that one of them is what you want
1) you can get HPA tanks with max pressures of 3000, 4500 and more recently 5000psi pressure in th tank. however most fields cant fill past 3000 and only a VERY SELECT few can fill to 5000
2) for preset output tanks, the general pressures are either 800-900psi or 450psi. you can get these commonly available. these will cost around $150 for 3000, $170 for 4500
3) you can also get adjustable output tanks that have a built in adjustable reg so that you can adjust the output between 0-1500psi going out of the tank into the gun or secondary reg. these willc ost around $250 for 3000, $350 for 4500
CrossFire, NitroDuck and PMI all make good preset tanks cheap and CenterFlag, Smart Parts, AGD and WDP all make good Adjustable output tanks.
