    Intellifeed with stock grip frame

I was able to intellifeed my gun with the stock grips, I drilled a hole in the back of the grips and inserted a push switch. So with each trigger pull it sets off the switch. It works pretty good. The only thing is on the hopper side i shorted it out by accident and blew the ir board. I ordered a new one though so i should be all set. The only question i have is when you guys use your intellifeeds does the low battery light sometimes go on when you pull the trigger? Mine does so im worried something might be screwed up and when i plug the new ir board in when i get it, i will blow it again. Anyway i will post pics later tonight of the gun and the kind of switch i used.

Did you use all that cable on purpose? I'm not being a smart***, I'm just thinking that it could be a lot shorter.

We would have to see pics of the wiring inside the Revy to see anything wrong that would cause excessive battery use or short-out potential.

yea because i plan on upgrading to the intellifeed grip, so i kept extra for when i rewire the new grip.

That's a good idea. Getting an Intelliframe is the best way to go (if a bit expensive). The extra wire will let you make the change without a problem.

We still need to see the wiring to be able to have any idea why you're having battery run-down problems.

I dont know if there is a wiring problem, when i pull the trigger sometimes, in the first second the battery light will flash, but i can keep the trigger down and the revy will spin with now battery light on. It just does it for a second. And it doesnt do it all the time. Thats why i think its no big deal.

Its just that the first time i hooked it up and put the revy back together some of the wires must of touched and the light stayed on, and the revy didnt spin (thats without pulling the trigger) Then when I took it apart to test it I blew the ir board. So took it all apart, and the next day i rewired it. So now it seems to work, just can't tell fully because i dont have the new ir board installed yet.

i got the ir board yesterday and that didnt help. It still doesnt work. It only rotates when i pull the trigger. Should i just leave it?
