No offense, but...

Do us all a favor, and don't capitalize every other letter. It definitley makes it look harder to read and to most people is downright annoying.

Capitalization

I know that it is currently en vogue to capitalize random letters throughout words, but it is difficult to read and reduces the level of legitimacy of any endeavor, especially one where you hope to invite someone to read something.

That uninvited comment aside, the second banner is better than the first.
