Like a kid on Christmas morning....

I ordered a bunch of stuff from pbgear.com a couple days ago and it arrived today !! I was restless all night and jumped up to answer the door with a grin on my face this afternoon when the UPS arrived. I ordered myself a minimag with 10" boom (not shown),a Stubby Shocktech drop forward, and a 68/45 flatline (with a black reg, thought they were supposed to be pewter ??) among a few other things...

    Pics :

    Isn't it purty ??
I plan to order an lx and an intellieframe (and a couple parts kits) when I wake up later this morning.

Anyways, now for my question... it's probably easily answered and will just leave me looking like a newb (which I kind of am), but how do you attach the flatline to the drop?? I know it slides onto the dovetail mount, but how do I keep it secure ?? Won't it just slide off ??

    Thank you...

I believe there is a set screw on rail style drops. Dunno about the color of the reg...never seen a black one to date I dont think.

    Sweet gun!

With an intelli it'll be a beast!

Look on the top of the mini drop. There is a hole with a set screw that keeps it from sliding.

I gotta agree with blaze on the crappiness of that shell. I snapped the kneck clear off and all I did was put it in my feed neck. Also that top breaks ridiculously easy. I also burned my motor out on it too. Good luck. I am getting a richochet Sunday. I have lost faith in Viewloader (BE) products. Especially cause they don't reply to my emails.

yeah I've seen the shells on the new revys break, but you can get replacement shells (with the old style plastic) for about $10.
