Yikes, quite a situation you've got there...hmmm.... are you playing at a field? Hopefully they'll have one their... Is there a hobby-town around you? They sell 'em. Worst case, you can make your own...

You COULD play without one, but that is risking double feeding and chopping. If it is a good fit it probally wont happen but you still want a nubbin.
Chances are they wont sell nubbins but they probally sell classic parts kits that run 10-20 bucks and they have a bunch of stuff in there that are really useful, including nubbins and spare orings.

Hell, I've never played at SC village, I've heard about it tho. Just grab a parts kit, that'll be the only sure fire way.

when i got my parts kit it didn't have any nubbins in it, not sure if it was supposed to. so make sure they are in there before you buy it. where did it break you might be able to fix part of it in place.

Yeah, you could always tape it back together. Or glue....

Try using a paperclip.. I made one for my mag a while back.. basically the same thing. Just remember to bend it to look like the nbbin..otherwise it won't work correctly.

thats because they make 2 diff kinds of parts kits for mags the normal one that you bought with all the o rings and junk. then they make a barrel parts kit with 2 nubins and 2 barrel rings

Mgwannabie, where do you live? If you are close to SC I know most local shops dont carry Mag stuff, But if your intrested in driving to Montclair (10frw and Montivista) IM me at MrNobody077, and I will give you a new plastic nubbin or the old wire style nubbin if you want one. Should get you playing untill you get some more. Let me know.

If you're going to SC on the 9th

look for a silver '98 F-150 extra cab with a shell. And a 6' 2" balding guy with a goatee. That'll be me and I'll kick down a wire nubbin or two. I've got both of the local pb shops in the High Desert carrying Mag parts for me and can pick up more. If I don't see you before the first game kicks off, I'll leave a nubbin on the driver's side windsheild wiper blade. Just e-mail me ([email protected]) the night before to remind me.

Also, visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SoCalMagPB/ and join the group. The more members we get, the better events we can put on for us SoCal people. We're a minority in Cali (compared to the Angel and Cocker owners), but a proud minority!
