    System X drop forward

Will the system X drop forward that they make be able to fit a flatline with a dovetail mount, or will the ASA that they have on it not come off. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

If I'm not mistaken you can get the system x drop without the ASA or On/Off, just the drop. My friend has a macdev system with a dovetail mount that's on a system x drop so I couldn't see why the flatline wouldn't fit since it has the same mounting system I believe.

The reason I ask is because I am not getting a new one. The E-mag that I am getting comes with one with the ASA on it, and I didn't know wether you could take the ASA off, and use it with a dovetail mount, or not.

      Thanks

I looks like it slides on and off from their website. If it's chrome or black I'll even buy it from you.

It's the balck one, but if I get it and it does slide all the way off I will keep it and just get the Dovetail mount for the Flatline. If not, I will give you a pm.

I meant just the ASA bit. My back-up tank is a preset screw in type, and that ASA would slide right on my shocktech drop. You would keep the actual drop.

To confirm, the System X On/Off ASA DOES indeed slide off of the drop. Great drop, great ASA. Great product. I have one and I like it very much.

Load: I will probably keep the ASA bit because the gun is coming with a 47 screw in tank. If not, I will give you a pm.

Thanks for the info dcmander, that is what I was looking for.
