can someone tell me what PSI this tank is?

I'm thinking its a 3000 because they test it to 5/3 of what its meant to hold.

I'd say 3000 to, cause I had mine rehydroed and it says 5000 too

yes 3000psi, bc i think that the 4500 tanks are hydroed at 7000-7500 i cant remember
