E-Mag Warranty Transfe

If I buy a used E-Mag off someone, will the warranty be voided? Or can the warranty be transferred?

This link will show you AGD's waranty policy. http://www.airgun.com/WarrantyPolicy.html All you really have to do is register the gun in your name using either this link http://www.airgun.com/agwarranty.html or by calling Airgun Designs. Now, from a legal stand point, the original waranty expires 90 days from the original date of purchase. However, AGD is well know for its customer service and I am sure will be able to help you out. I recommend that you let the techies on the Tech Forum help you out first, if you encounter any problems, they'll know what to do.
