    Titanium parts?

    How come tom doesnt make titanium internals... like a titanium Retro valve & such? its strong enough isnt it and its lightweight, or like titanium trigger fraes and foregrips and drops for lightweight... sorry if this question has been asked previously but i dont know. probly cause it too expensive..????

    this has been discussed before. several times, i believe. do a search and you can come up with what you're looking for. i think what it basically came down to is that the metal-on-metal movement was too much for titanium

    here's a post i found in which BlackVCG explains why titanium isn't terribly useful for paintball applications, with additional posts by tom to reinforce that titanium just isn't that good for a bolt. he can be quoted as saying "don't waste your time."
