Can't fill CA tanks at home, sorry, not enough PSI. Only a couple hundred psi from the ones you can buy at Home Depot and a several thousand PSI for scuba and paintball. And remember the only stupid question is the one not asked!

If anyone knows.. whats the price on one of those scuba tank compressers...? and are they like the size of a home one say about 5 feet long? or are they larger then that?

Anyone have directions on modifying a bycicle pump to be able to do 4500 psi fills?

They vary in size and cost. Most go for n average of 4000-6000 and thats for a smaller one which would take about a day to fill a 200 cubic foot cyclinder (Like the big green ones) http://www.max-air.com/ has some that are gas powered... just do a search on google for HPA compressors or Scuba/SCBA Compressors.. Aren't searches fun? AO has one too! =) And it actually does a good job
