I would imagine your reaction would be dependant on where you brought it and who you showed it to.

If you're ever in Michigan, look for Fantasy Paintball at the bigger events (stuff at Hell Survivors among others). They usually have their gold-plated micro in their display case.

yes there is ONLY one gold plated emag... that is the one owned by fantasy paintball in rockford mi, made at special request by the shop owner.

as he put it "its made from un-obtain-ium, ya know the same stuff as the 1000 dollar toilet seats the government buys"

but yeah, never fired, just sits in its little case, mainly to help keep the drool off it :-)

although, on the note of "un-obtain-ium" paintball toys, these are the sames guys who are going to be selling the G10 body custom cockers next year... that really light composite that ken at k&p made 2 guns outta.. well they are hooking up with him for more cool toys :-)

Umm thats not true, I almost bought one from National Paintball Supply. I held it in my hand, unless that is the exact one I held. But they wanted to sell it to me for $1300.00 a few years ago.

that must have been an aftermarket anno... this one was a bit closer to 2x the price (if it hadnt been done as a favor/gift)

proteam reps have told me personally that that is the only gold micro they have ever done and was delivered to him in person (i was there) at michigan monster game 01.


they also said they would never do another since due to the connectiviy of gold plate they shorted 4 boards in it :-)

I've seen pictures of it before, and it looks nice, except for the S pattern everywhere... PTP does that to everything, and they never seem to get tired of it

yeah, that was fun... i did hit a ref with some of the paint i was throwing at people though....

you know what was wrong with my mag? I put the on/off assembly in upside down, it took me 15 minutes to pull it out with a pair of pliers after i got home.
