What is your opinion on the Evil situation

WOW! TWO whole threads dedicated to a company that seems to be making the same crud as the next guy - only this time they use scandalous phrases to twist your spine.

Kudos to Evil for stirring it up and getting their name out there. Tom... you getting all this down. No need for a fancy box - just spice your website a bit and maybe put out a T-shirt that says something like: "I Don't Use Field Paint."

A phrase like that will put the hardcore rec-ball players in a frenzy. May even get you three threads!

Wow, evil actually has some stuff I've never seen before. That respirator lpr is pretty cool! Their claims on their impulse hammer are BS, though, but hey, this is paintball... As for their attitude, they're just trying to be punk rock and get people talking about them. It worked. Good job, guys! I'm a little worried about those shirts because maybe the paintball world isn't mature enough for satire?

I think those Evil shirts were just made for WC. I'm not sure they'll ever make the exact same shirts again, so they probably won't make it on the website. Warpig.com had pictures in their gallery though.

I was kinda hoping they would sell the shirts on the site. I like the chick shirt with the evil logo that says "I do Evil things." I was hoping to give it to the girlfriend.

I personially think you people are taking this way to seriousley. I think they are just using all the cheating as a joke. I am not for cheating, and i dont think evil paintball is eather. I think this all kind of amusing, and its not going to hurt the sport. I think of this as an insid joke among paintballers, some of us find this funny, some dont, but u think the average person understands what this stuff means. I dont think so, if they dont understand it, it cant hurt them.

Yes you need a rev or paint won't fall into it as fast as you want to shoot. It just means you won't chop a ball even using a plastic VL loader.

And being one of the people who actually shot it at WC, it is accurate as hell and is freaking fast. Nice gun, can't wait until it comes out.

In fact, it kinda reminds me of the Tribal (Wouldn't be shocked, PMI has already picked up a sister product of the Tribal, Their E-Force frame, which is a 2nd gen Boo-Yah)

As to the marketing, well, big deal. I can understand why the CPPA folks would avoid it (And have no problems with that), but tehre are far worse marketing campaigns out there (Britney/Pepsi for one).
