I have a strange feed issue, i know it has to do w/ the powerfeed plug, it is the parabolic plug, and i have tried the little adjusting screws with no luck. but 1/2 the time paint will get stuck 1/2 way in the breach. I have always just pulled the plug out a tad and it will work, but it's becoming a pain in the *** to pull it out just enough so it will feed. Any ideas how to fix it so i don't have to keep pulling it out, sand it maybe?

try putting some sort of spacer on the edge of your plug so it hangs out enough to let paint pass through

a tank oring or an oring off an old barrel plug might work as a spacer.
