Are the Level 10's power tube o-ring, power tube tip o-ring and foamie the same parts that were used in the pre-Level 10 setup?

what is different about the tip

The tip is almost completly different. It's designed to control the venting with the new bolt. You cannot use a new tip with an old bolt of vice versa.
