Problems contacting AGD

Yesterday I tried calling AGD tech office(847)520-7225. About returning my Mag to them and having it repaired for the free star. I tried calling the tech number first and got an error message something like "The number you have dialed doest not exist or cannot be reached.. if your sure the number is correct please try again" after that I tried calling the AGD main office and got the same message. I tryed the number with and withour the area code but nothing worked.I called at 3:00 central time and it said on the site it was open until 4:00. I tried again today and got the same message. I am not sure if there is some error with AGD's phone line,maybe its down. I just need to get in contact with AGD so I can get a RA number and have my Mag repaird.

I will call em in the morning and check this out from this end. I did get a call from Jon today so I know its working out from there. But I will make certain its working in too. It could be in your area switching station too. Use the Online RA number thing too if you like. They may be caught up now on that.

I turned off signatures LONG ago. Man, those got annoying. This is a much more pleasant place without them.

Worked for me...

Email Jon and give him the serial number and all...he get you a number.
