    Auto-Response Sweetness...

Set mine back up last night to do some BPS testing (want to determine ROF using sound recorder) and to check how it works with level 10.

Was shooting it as fast as I could and noticed that the AIR valve I was using got HOT, just like the RT during rapid fire. I never realized that the AIR air chamber filled fast enough to get warm.

I forgot how much fun these things are...

I also forgot how easy they were to short stroke. Anyone have any ideas on how level 10 deals with short stroking? If it helps that could breath new life into the old girl - otherwise it is a certified paintblender. If you don't completely and perfectly pull and release it is going to short stroke.

Stay tuned for more, and you guys using LX with AIR valves let me know how it's helped out with short stroking.

With the level 10 installed, the AIR valve won't short stroke. That doesn't mean you can't short stroke the trigger. It just won't fire when you do. It solves the problem of blooping shots and chops which is a product of short stroking.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

yuo can still short stroke with an LX, LX is not the end all be all that is is hyped to be...it wont stop short stroking, or shootdown based off a bad setup or bad finger...what it will do for you is everytime you do short stroke you will hear :ffsssttt:: and the LX will reset, 95% of the time you will have a nice clean breach. Yes you can tweek LX to never break a ball, BUT your gonna sacerfice other aspects of performance...i had bolt stick often and weird issues gassin the thing up (there was pressure on the trigger, but she just wouldent fire untill i cranked the velocite....then after that first shot i could turn the velocvity back down to useable ranges)...its trade offs, but i get so sick of LX being hyped, mags were once the hype free all FACT marker...sorry this became a rant more than anything...with LX you will still short stroke if set up wrong you will have crazy velocity issues, and it dosent cure shootdown that caused by a bad finger or marker setup. with most paints you will never have an issue, with crazy brittlew stuff you can still chop, but LX helps alot
