I've only posted a pic once or so and that was way back when, can someone refresh my memory?

2 ways you can do it

1) If its already online: If you already have it hosted online *your site, etc* then you can use HTML to post the pic ... basically its < img src="pic url"> .. no gap between the first < and img .. i just didn't want it to post.

OR you can use the ATTATCH FILE link during a new post/reply.
