Well i was looking at getting a cheap electro and i first thought of a em1 but everyone and their brother said it is a bad gun so im gonna pass on it. I then saw a rainmaker. now i know this is BE but it could be a fluke and it could be a good gun. Who here has shot one and how did you like it. If you havent shot one and just want to say no cause it is BE then dont post. But if you have shot one go for it. Any info would help me out.

I currently own 1.5 Rainmakers (yes, you read that right). They're pretty decent tinker's markers, and they're dependable with co2 as well as hpa. Just make sure to keep the lpr clean, or it'll overpressurize the MAC valve and cause it to leak. There are three kinds of people in the world: Those who can count, and those who can't.

Yeah, I think half the chat room ordered a RM when we saw the price was $99 last week
I think they are a decent gun, loud and ineffecient, but decent. They have pretty good ROF, and are built off a solid concept. For the price, I don't think you can beat it. If the gun wasn't made by BE, I think it would have been more popular.

From what I've read they're decent ... just inneficiant (noise, etc)....
Maybe look into the new Spyder E-99? I saw a package with one on Xpaintball.com (in their XP packages section) with a few extra's (gasthrough/etc) and they work on both Co2 and Compressed air.

if you rip the stock LPR out and replace it with a rock reg or something. Then replace the stock valve with a tornado and put a good reg on them, They are actually very nice. The design doesn't chop paint very much and the triggers are pretty nice too.

Im so gald to hear people with positive feedback on the gun. I just placed my order so it should get here by next friday if they get their shippment from BE by this weekend. Free shipping too. Great deal. I think for now i will leave it stock but once i get a little more cash i will put new regs on it.Why doesnt anything work for me.Comment

If BE actually designed it, then it might be crappy. But, luckily, they only build it, so the design is solid even if manufacturing is weak
It's a really cool design implemented pretty cheaply but it allows you to do a whole lot to it. That's why they are so popular as a "tinkers gun".
