I don't see how the testing phase of small plastic nubbins are any reason to get internationally upset. Relax. The actions of your government to ours in a time of need are greatly appriciated. However I don't think that poor Tom needs to feel responsible for paying back canada.

I think, and no offense toward other Canadians here, but there are also other countries that "supported us" when the terrorists hit that contributed a little more.. I.E.
