Tom, help me understand this

The Level 10 "Carrier Assembly" parts problem was fixed in the store. Now the carrier sizes are numbered 1 through 5 in the store again (I thought the L10 carrier sizes ranged from 0 to 4). What happened to sizes 0 and 0.5. Help me understand why it was fixed for a little while, but is back to the same problem. Thanks!!!

im no expert but ill try to provide what information i can. i also experienced a level 10 kit packaging problem. i was missing the backing washer. in terms of your situation tho i see no 4.5 or 5.0 carrier. mine go from 0.0-4.0 (including 0.5/1.5/2.5/3.5). if you need a 4.5-5 carrier then that is just crazy. at maximum i needed a 2.0 carrier. if you are missing anything just give AGD a ring. an inconvenience? yes. but good customer support. if you are asking for something else i dont know what to say.

We are having a problem with the way they are numbered internally in our system. Until we get that fixed we can't change them in the store or you will really get the wrong ones. We are working on it.
