    TEQUILA Anyone?

Sorry guys. Not been around much this morning. I am sick in the bed (Bad cold or Flue like symptoms - no its not Anthrax!) and just got up to take a look at the threads for a minute.

I have one quick question. What exactly is the "TEQUILA SUNRISE" fade everyone refers to? Is it Red to Orange Fade? Or is it something else? I know there is a Orange to Yellow too. But is the Tuquila a combo of the two (Red to Orange to yellow all in one) or one of the others used as a common name. Which is it?

I will slink back under the covers for a while now....

I beleive it is an Orange to yellow fade.

I think a Red-Orange-Yellow fade would be cool. It was the fade that I always put on my R/C cars when I raced at the Indoor Championships. So it has always been a favorite color scheme of mine.

Oh well...get better and drink a little Tequila..might make ya feel better

Sorry to hear that you're sick cphilip. Uhmmm...why don't you do a few shots of tequila or have some tequila sunrises to 'burn' out that nasty cold? Forget all that other stuff like Sudafed, NyQuil, etc.

DISCLAIMER: I haven't tried this myself...just trying to use cphilip as a guinea pig! Nor do I have any medical training.

Was catching up on email before going back to bed and saw your answers. Thanks.

You would think a true Tequila Sunrise would indeed be Red to Orange to Yellow wouldn't you? Would be nice...The Red Grenadine on top, then into the orange Orange juice and then the tequila mixing in the bottom diluting the OJ to produce a yellow.

I am getting Red to Orange Fade by the way...

Thanks Russ I knew I could count on you. So whats the dif between the Tequila and the Red to Orange Fade? The Tequila in that pict looks alot like the one Paintballgear.com has for the Red to Orange fade. Anyone know where there is a real good pict of the Red to Orange Fade?

See this one at Paintballgear.com listed as Red to Orange fade: http://www.paintballgear.net/010-1205-2.html

                Are they wrong or right?

                  Is it just me?

I just looked at the Tequila sunrise fade jobs and i have one question: Is the fade on the barrels backwards in correspondence with the rest of the gun? It seems that if the fade went the opposite direction on the barrel, it would match up a lot better.
P.S. I like Bonzai Sunsets a lot more.
