He's talking about instead of numbers on the jersey under your name you can put a three letter combination.

Spoof? But, but, but... It says it's "Official"! That makes it offical right? Isn't that how it works?

Doesn't CSG read all these threads and compile a database of which numbers beloung to which username? The've got some kind of supercomputer that also reads minds, so they know if I swapped numbers with somebody offline, to keep their database up to date. Also I hear that they've hacked into my TiVo so the watch my viewing habits and see my claim to my jersey number is any stronger than somebody elses. :)
