Ordered some stuff off the new website. Got the package over the weekend and upon arrival noticed an issue with the contents. I tried calling the phone number on the website but received a "this number is out of order" automated message. I tried replying to the automated email I received containing the tracking number (which stated to reply if there was any issue) and received an error that the AGD shipping email address is not configured correctly (550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied.)
So I have an order that has something wrong with it and no way to contact the company. Is anyone home?
