What do you do when you got a someone on you team that use to play paintball but after one tourny it seemed like he did not like paintball any more.He is always making up excuses why he cant play .
Should my team drop him and get someone else or keep him???

if he wont play than he is useless...why keep him. I would try to find someone to replace him.....if he didnt start comming or practicing than i would just forget about him.:o

I say give him some time to shape up, and then if you've got to go over his head. It's what I'd expect my team to do...

yes. the captain is your most important guy. if he doesnt organize, coordinate, motivate, and inform the team of its events and necessary actions, then hes no good. the captain isnt just the guy who argues with the ref. hes the one that selects events, pays for(in advance) events, organizes any transportation needed, enters all info, is in charge of sponsorship and team expenses....everything that needs doing

I would suggest that you sit down and talk with him. It is possible that something has happened ie a death in the family or something and he is taking a while to get back on his feet. I would suggest the whole team meets with him and decides what is going to happen in the future.

hmm...i would give him al altamatum(sp?)

say...either you get in shape,and act like this CAPTAIN...or you are outtie...

then get a new captain if he leaves..

the captain does alot of work for the team...

I am on a 3man,and we are all kinda lazy,so we are ALL gonna be the captains..(we will switch off or whatever)
