    4oz Disposable Tank?

I was poking at Sheridan's site (now Game Face) and I saw this:

    4oz Disposable tank

Did I just miss something or is it new?

Even though they're "Recyclable" I wonder how many will just end up tossed in the trash after a few games.

Seems like a waste of perfectly good pop cans.

they came out at world cup, i wouldnt use them, it would be more cost effective to just get a little 4oz re-usable tank.

how are they "recyclable"? I assume you can get them filled? So what's the diff between that and a regular small tank?

Also Those are Compressed air or CO2?

i got a couple free ones at iao, i hear they plan to sell the tank and a adapter for 20 bucks, and 2 tanks for 20 bucks, (estimated prices at time of iao). the top punctures like a 12 gram. if you peel off the label that says DO NOT REMOVE, you see who they are really made by.

Eventually a stage may be reached at which the decisions necessary to keep the system running will be so complex that human beings will be incapable of making them intelligently. At that stage the machines will be in effective control. People won't be able to just turn the machines off, because they will be so dependent on them that turning them off would amount to suicide

            *drumroll*

just noticed they also had the info in the corner of the top label in small print over the LISS label.

Made in Hungary by LISS Ltd.
Imported in the USA: Liss America LLC

so how do they claim them to be "reusable?" I assume you have to send it back to get it re-filled?

the little adapter with the constant air threads, that the disposable 3.3oz co2 tank screws into (not 4 oz like claimed) is reusable.

it is amusing that the reusable part is a fraction of the size of the disposable tank itself (you can recycle it...)

and yet... my 20$ 3.5 oz tank can be used... forever until I damage it... and I can have it annoed to match my Phantom...

nifty idea, but its not very practical IMO... it also only costs me a buck (or free) to fill the 3.5 oz...

I think these are here for folks who live in the boonies where co2/nitro fills aren't available. In which case this may be easier and more economical than driving like 3 hours just to get a 3 dollar fill.
