    Messy macroline..

    Messy macroline..

Look at the piece from my gas through to my flatline.. it's in a pretty nasty loop. Can anyone think of a way to make this fit better? I have no problem changing the gas through - I actually wanted to get a DYE 2003 gas through but I'm not sure if it would be too long (if someone has one they could measure, that would be awesome.)

    Suggestions appreciated

well on the bottem of the grip you could put a straight fitting and cut the hose shorter to fit better.

When I have it shorter, it's curled too tightly and I'm worried about it busting open. The other trouble is the gas through is about a 1/2 inch to the left of the flatline elbow, so if I used a straight fitting it'd still be 'kinked'. Might be my only option though.

Put a 90 on the bottom of the gas-through, pointing to the right of the gun. Then put the 90 macro adaptor into that. It's similar to this (tho I put my bleed on there as well):

I'm not sure if you have to worry about it busting, the macroline from my on/off to my gas thru is curved 90 degrees, its almost an L shape

I was thinking of using a 90 degree fitting to an elbow, just don't like having more connectors than I have to.

That might be the best plan though.

I got my first 'you're running that in full auto' comment last Friday... always fun, especially since my input is around 650 and I don't have an electronic trigger

How about not running your line through the foregrip. Similar to the stock SS hose that comes with the RTPro/Emag, except with macroline.
