My new Chrome Mag

Hello.I just purchased this setup on eBay a few days ago.It is all chrome polished and includes a Dye double finger frame,Dye Chamber,Dye dropforward,a few barrels (nicest in the bunch being an OTP)and a few other items.Final price was $305.00.I also purchased a level 10 kit(I hope it performs like evryone says),and an 88ci Air America Me'lee for air. What do you guys think?Worth the price? All feedback appreciated!

Nice choice, and a good deal, too. That's very similar to my first mag (attached). Since you've already ordered Level 10, all that's really left is a retro and iFrame, and maybe a warp, if that's your bag. Oh yea, the [IMG] only works with pics on the internet, for ones on your hard drive, you can only attach one at a time.

Oh yea, here's your Mag's brother (or sister, I don't know whether I would anthropormophize it to be male or female)...

Thanks for the feedback guys.Actually I don't really want to go all out with the rt valve,i-frame,warp feed, etc.Actually,I've previously owned 2 Angels,a shocker,an Impulse,2 Automags,an Autococker, and a few others.I left the sport about a year and a half ago,due to the fact I could no longer pay for my paintball adddiction:)
Some of you here may remember me from the old school paintballcity.com forums.I actually just saw this gun on eBay,and the seller was able to answer a few necessary questions I asked and thought it sounded like a decent deal. It'll me mainly be used to knock around the local fields on the weekends and a few scenarios.I think the level 10 sounds great and will definately revive the use of the Automag in all areas in the sport rec. and tourny level. One question though, anyone have any experience with the Dye frame trigger pull.Never used one of them on a Mag.Thanks again

It's on the better side of after-market mag frames. No trigger slop, and a relatively nice pull, the iFrame's better, though, plus you can hook the iFrame to your warp and/or revvy.

Very cool ... I dig the mag, I would though recommend upgrading to the ReTro valve, im sure you can find one used in the classified forums. It'll increase your ROF a bit and the Reactive trigger is nice.

Congrats on the mag ...

Sincerely,
Dave

Can you explain how you attach images from your hard drive? I didnt know you could do that on AO. I've always used a host server.

I always thought those dye drops were a little pointless though.. they go a few inches forward and then the ASA is so far back you're right where you started..

Looks nice though

LOL that is true. It is a cosmetic addition. I like how it looks better than a standard ASA on the bottom of the grip though.

First and foremost: Welcome to AO!! And for $300, you got a great deal!! Good move on the LX, and I know you do not wish to get carried away, but I do highly recommend the Retro Valve, you will not regret it!!!

Thanks again for the praise guys,I can't wait for my Mag to arrive, should be here by thursday.I also have to wait on my level 10 kit,and air to arrive too before I can get everything installed and ready, then I'll let you know how she performs!I'll post better pics of the whole setup soon,as well. These posted were the pics from the auction on eBay.Again,I don't think I'll go quite as far as the ReTro valve even though it'd probably be great, seeing how this gun will only be used for play on the local fields on the weekends. The serious player interest just is not great enough around here to take my game any farther than rec play at this point. This gun will most likely outperform anything on the fields around here as it is:)
