if you want to use it at any field you need it hydroed. its not worth the risk to not hydro it. its 15 dollars or the chance of it blowing up and killing people. Just have the owner now get it hydroed b4 he sells it to you

yes, it is a violation of DOT Hazmat law to fill an out of hydro tank...$25,000 fine for doing so!

get it hydroed. its highly unlikly that there will be a field that will fill it for you

You can usually bring the tank to any paintball or scuba shop. Or look on the internet and you can find cheaper places. No matter what it will have to be sent off to be hydro'd and you'll be out of a tank for a good 2 weeks.
Once you have shot and eliminated someone, you have established your position towards them. In a sense, the next move is up to them...

              ...

              qbano65,

You might try your local fire department. The depts that I know of hydrotest fire extinguishers.

Your best bet is calling your local SCUBA shops!! Fire departments generaly contract a SCUBA shop to do all their hydro testing for them!! Usualy, you can find a shop that does all the hydro testing in house, so it will be cheaper and have quicker turnaround time!!!!!
