Marbs and el tigre are not the same ball. Feel them, El Tigre is RP Scherer's attempt at a dry shell ball....a bad attempt. JT Maxims are the only good dry shell ball I've found, however I usually shoot Marbs, Blaze, or Hellfire's so it shows how good the dry shells are..Once you have shot and eliminated someone, you have established your position towards them. In a sense, the next move is up to them...

when it comes down to money, i like pmi prems with a dry shell or big ball or JT maxim, but if money isn't a problem, PMI marbs all the way.
