How did i do on my trading this weekend?

Hey guys guess what. Im an autococker shooter but i think ill be chilling with you guys a lot now because this weekend i got a Black Teflon Bodied Automag RT (older kind, not the rt pro). It came with a dye boomstick too. Guess what i only paid 200 dollars for it. Thats a pretty damn good price, am i wrong? Its in really good shape. Man i love the rt trigger. Im selling the short stroke machine (dont get me wrong the cocker is still a great gun) and probably gonna build this old dog up.

Do you guys know where i can find a detailed, step by step explanation of how to clean it and everything? thanks!

definately a great buy. Congrats on your new mag. As far as building it up, throw in a level 10 and get an adjustable output nitro system and you're pretty much set.

Defintally got a good deal, the RT valve is still used in the Emag and Xmag (although the Xmag has the Level 10 kit built in. But the RT valve is reknown for its recharge rate and ROF.....

The only upgrades I'd recommend are the following:
              - Level 10
              - Intelliframe

Other than that its up to you, but those 2 would get ya going .... the level 10 eliminates chopping, and the Intelliframe allows you to get a VERY fast ROF (its got a great leverage design) and combine tht with the Level 10 your set, PLUS the Intelliframe is designed so that with 10 bucks worth of Radio Shack parts (roller switch, 2 cables, screws, etc) you can setup your Revvy hopper to be intellifed to maximize its cycling.

Hope you love your gun man....

              Sincerely,

this thread helped me a lot when i took apart my valve for the first time

This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!

Thanks alot for all the help guys. I think im going to throw in level 10 first. I was also thinking of ghetto riging an old max flow regulator to it (that or try to find a manifold for it). I would use that in conjuction with my preset, i think its spring will be able to give me an ouput around 700 or so. Good idea?

Also, how much do you think that this gun SHOULD HAVE COST. In otherwords, how much would a teflon bodied Rt with a Boomstick used normally go for?
