Go Retro Program...?

Hiyas all,

Ordered a new xvalve few days ago, but have heard nothing regarding sending in my old valve (Did get an email receipt and the charge was placed on my card 2 days later).
Anyone have any idea how AGD handles this? Do they notify of where to send it via email, regular mail or do they send the new valve with instructions on where to send the old valve? The AGD website says not to send it until they notify of the procedure, but I've heard nada yet.

I would just consider this normal with the holidays and such, but saw a recent post (after I ordered mine) where the poster had shipped his old valve off already.

Remember- it's the holiday season. ALSO- it mentioned in a post from the Office Gals- that there will be a delay in orders due to inventory and holidays.

the will email you if you did it over the internet, i ordered mine the day they came out, and got the email thursday, but do realize that they are also closed for the weekend, and that it says please allow 2-5 days for processing. but they will email you w/ an RA # and instructions for turning you're valve in, those just say you can keep your bolt and bolt spring if you want, and to take off any air connections(elbows etc) because the new 1 will come w/ out any connections on it

Wow, it's been too long since I've been on here! When did the X-Valve come out? Sheesh, I need to keep on top of my current events!

That's a great deal considering it comes with the LX upgrade.

couldnt you just sell your retro for 200 and get a 200 dollar discount instead of just a 100?

i doubt youll be able to get 200 for a retro valve much longer.....
