When it comes to aftermarket valve parts, most, if not all do absolutly nothing for performance, and usually just reduce the reliability of your gun and cause more problems in the long run. From what ive heard with the ANS bolt, it wears out much faster than stock bolts, meaning you'll have to replace it considerably more frequently, while getting little, to no performance improvement.

Actually, I'd use the ANS bolt. When I had my old stock bolt, my mag chopped like crazy, I put in a 32* foamie and it stopped all the chopping, I now break 1 ball in every 5000 rounds.

              Stick to stock parts.
