Question for anyone who can answer this (someone from AGD prefered)

I bought a AIR valve a couple months ago and the serial #'s were scratched off by one of the previous owners. The valve works great but I don't like the idea of having the #'s not legible. My question is would I still be able to do the Go Retro deal or am I straight out of luck? Info would be much appreciated.

No. The numbers on both parts muct match and if tey are scratched out, they cant match. odds are, this is a stolen valve(im not blaming you as the theif mind you) and AGD has policies that they will not service a valve with scratched out serial nubmers. basicly, that valve is unserviceable and unupgradeable...

your best off to ether pass it on to some othe shmuck and get the diffrenace between trade in and not, keep it and lock it away for ever. even though its doesnt have the numbers its still good for like a project gun...

Hey bro. I'll trade you a classic valve with matching stars for your valve and cash. Lemme know. I wanna make a sidearm project and serial #'s are the least of my worries, lol :)

                Woah woah woah!

The valve is TOTALLY servicable...just not free under the warranty program. It's only $45 to get it rebuilt at the factory, to like new operation.

It works great Army. It just doesn't have any serial #'s.
