Possible contradiction in the FAQ?

The first in the list says:
I bought my Mag used and it didn't come with a video or owners manual. How can I get those?
Register your Mag at http://www.airgun.com/agwarranty.shtml and in the bottom box state that you need the video and/or owners manual. Manuals are free of charge whether shipped alone or with a video; each video costs $4.00 and there is a $5.00 shipping charge for 1-2 videos. You can also download manuals online by going to http://www.airgun.com/manual.shtml

...and the third one from the bottom says:

ya the office found that out like a few days ago, they are fixing it.

they didn't always charge the $4. i guess too many people were ordering them just for the hell of it and it was getting too expensive to keep giving out all those videos. so that line about the $4 was only added to the FAQ recently. guess they missed the other one.

i ordered a manual(got here fast btw) and it says free of charge, but on the invoice it says i have to send them 3 bux, i'm confused, what should i do?
