RQQ: problems with making new bottomline stuff

i was wondering, i have a spyder, and my boss has a drill press and will be getting a tapping set real soon. what would be any problems i would encounter, if any, if i were to say, drill and tap inline holes for a drop forward, so i wont have to use a sissy converter.

not sure how spyders work, but the guns i know of, just have 2 inline holes drilled and just have nuts, the holes aren't actually tapped, but as long as you don't drill into anything, will be fine, don't take my word, it's been a while since i've checked, but i beleive the threads you need is a 10-24, again, duble check that before you do anything, i wanna say that's what it is, but that's the # in my head
AIM- TheJester493 IM me some time

I can't see any problem. IMO the offset mounting holes are among the stupidest thing Kingman did.

no, their insistance on keeping that, and metric threads, after years, is stupid.
