who to talk to about repairing my RT?

hey im wondering who to E-mail about fixing my RT automag. my body doesnt have a pim (well it has a pim, the pim is just not on the body...) its been like that since i got it, and its getting annoying having to re tighten my banjo bolt after ever few hundred shots, and i think this is going to mess me up if i ever play long games.

so, who do i talk to about this?
