Question about a Splatmaster....no really.

I was in a local gunstore yesterday and saw a used Splatmaster pistol with the original box, instructions and the vented shop goggles that were apparently sold with it as eye protection. The box is in pretty good shape and the molded plastic tray that the gun is in has a few cracks but it all seems pretty intact. With this be worth anything? Would it be worth picking up just for the novelty? It's been there for years and the guy is only asking $20 for the whole thing. I thought it might be worth grabbing just to have but I wanted to see what you guys thought.

I don't think it'd be worth a whole lot, i'd like to have one, i've seen them going on ebay for 30-40 bucks a pop.

Depends on how old it really is, but any SplatMaster is cool to have and for $20 grab it. If you don't want it. Sell it to me for $30

I own a splatmaster rapide. And am gonna keep it until it is worth something. Once and awhile i whip it out and shot up some trees but it's more of a looking at thing.
