Buy a new gauge. Once they break that is it. The hole is a air blow off if too much pressure goes into the gauge.

I haven't 'replaced' mine, but I've moved it. Just make sure you get a guage rated high enough for the high side of the tank...

i just got a set of dye gauges to replace the standard flatline ones. as Jonesie (my last name too ) said you can move em around and by getting these new dye gauges its proved that you can get new ones to work as well

edit: btw i said move around i mean only for their respective ports. like you cant put the output gauge on the input hole.

Thats about normal...those gauges are off by as much as 4-5% for a 5000psi gauge...250psi...

I have replaced all of my AGD gauges on my 3 flatline regs. I bought 2 4500 flatlines within 2 months of each other. One of them came in with a broken gauge, AGD sent me a replacement and it lasted 1 month before it broke. My other 4500 had a gauge stop working after 2 months of play. At that point I decided to go all DYE gauges on my tanks. No problems since. The AGD guages are not very good in my opinion.

                  Once upon a time.....

I had 2 really nice Proteam Micro Guages... smallest on market... nice color indicators too..... but one actually got cracked over 5yrs use... and the other one... uh.. I think its still in my parts case....

but anwyay.. my new 68/4500 Geddon now has 2 brand new 32* mini guages.. they work just fine... (cheaper and nicer than Dye's... i think... cause i got those too on my other Geddon)

Mac Dev gauges are the best Micro gauges out of all of them.

I am in the market for some guages. Can you give me a link to a retailer that sells Mac/Dev guages.

                        Hey Ogre,

Is it true that youve shot more guages than paint as of late?

I just recently purchased a new 88/45 flatline. I've noticed that the clear plastic gauge cover is starting to develop cracks around the outer edges. To describe it more clearly it looks as though the clear covers are being pressed outward.

I'm including a picture, but it's hard to get a clear pic of the problem.

The cracks are in the shape of a semi cirlc and look more like chips from the underside of the clear plastic front.

Is this normal? Is it a bad set of gauges?
