    Inventory Is Not Completed

    I'm sorry to say that we are still unable to process orders at this time. This is our first end-of-year inventory with our by-now notorious new software and it is proving to be a bit sticky

    We are hopeful that everything will be cleared up by the end of the day.

              We're up and running ... orders are being processed, but nothing will ship till tomorrow ... it may take a few days for us to catch up.
