Level 10 # of shots

This is for everyone with a level 10 emag and a 68/4500. How many shots per fill are you getting?

I got six pods and a hopper, so about 950-1000 shots out of a crossfire 68/4.5k with just under 1k psi left.

I got about the same with an 88/4500..although ive got some issues with the bolt leaking down the barrel ever so slightly. I've still gotta tweak it.

Probably right at 1000, I'm not too sure because I usually get my tank topped off after every game or two. I've seen a very small decrease in efficency with LX, probably because the gun stops firing around 100-200psi earlier than a lvl 7 mag.

I also use a Lapco Bigshot barrel, verry efficent probably one of my favorite barrels.

Not the full 4500 lbs but I managed seven and a hopper and had about 400 psi left in my tank. I think I was at 4k on the tank when we started the game.

Baja I think he wants to know if retro's are less effeciant than A.I.R. valves. I have no clue Falcon.

I would think that due to how they heat up air durring their rapid recharge the would actualy use less volume of air from the tank (Due to it expanding/raising pressure in the heat) making the valve slightly more efficient. However, I have no clue in actuality if that theory is true.

Yes, the LX is less efficient than a Stock Mag or Retro Mag, it's not a huge drop, but noticeable since the Mag is already one of the less efficient markers (Poor Efficiency seems to be par for the course for dump chamber based marker designs, and the Mag is probably the most efficient of the dump chamber designs)

But 1000 shots from a 45/88, hmm, you got problems, you should be seeing at least 12-1300.

This is the last great weakness of the Mag. My Angel regularily sees 2000+ shots from a 4500 fill, I want at least 3/4's of that on a Mag.

off a 3000 about 900 shots...

retro is more efficient, i could shot to bout 700 psi left in my 68/3000 w the AIR valve, i can shoot to bout 450 psi left in my tank w my retro. and my tank is preset, snd i dont get shiz for shots i dont know why, either valve

hmm, me thinks some people are lying, my lvl 10 stops at about 800 psi, right where my tank is set, i get farts and sputters after that, before it completely locks up. the lvl 10 lowered mags efficiency pretty well.


Mags need more efficiency, tom said its in the works, but that needs to be the next thing to come out. i think all will agree
